00 per year Full-time Nassau County, NY The Hospital Liaison has the skill set to work with hospitals and other medical facilities in the area to identify and help place individuals who have skilled nursing needs.
This is a field position, not an office job.
Duties Include:
Work with Admitter at facility to complete admission and also follow up with patient after they are admitted.
Necessary Skills/
Qualifications:
Candidate should have medical background and the ability to read medical records as well being able to demonstrate strong bedside manner.
Candidates for this job should:
Be self-driven with business development goals and ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes.
Have the ability to conduct individual/group presentations/luncheons for Healthcare professionals, senior groups, churches, etc.
Possess excellent sales and marketing, communication, time management and organizational skills and a great personality.
