Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records - Utilize 10 key typing skills to input financial data accurately - Assist with governmental accounting tasks, such as preparing reports and ensuring compliance with regulations - Conduct account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies - Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements - Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payments Requirements:
- Proven experience in Quickbook, office management or a similar role - Proficiency in 10 key typing for accurate data entry - Familiarity with governmental accounting principles and regulations - Excellent attention to detail and ability to reconcile accounts effectively - Advanced skills in financial report writing and analysis - Familiarity with payroll processes and regulations Note:
