The custodian is responsible for completing all duties assigned to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment.
Responsibilities Set up and break down tables, chairs and other equipment requested for use by various groups.
Ensure that the inside of the building is clean and functioning.
Clean and make repairs as needed Washes windows, screens, sills, woodwork, doors, desks, walls, ceilings, etc.
Comply with the organization's policies and procedures.
Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time.
Qualifications Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally in a school environment, desired Strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail The ability to perform maintenance operations English speaking preferred Schedule Sundays from 7 am - 2 pm during the school year Wednesdays from 3 pm - 8:
30 pm during the school year Fridays from 2pm - 5pm Additional hours will be requested based on need and there is potention for this to become a full time job.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
