We are a multi-doctor, full service practice.
Responsibilities include client communication, scheduling appointments, creating and explaining estimates and invoices, processing payments and maintaining medical records.
An ideal candidate is reliable, personable, computer literate and comfortable multi-tasking.
Must have own transportation.
This position requires excellent communication skills, comfort with a multiple phone line system, willingness to provide client education and the desire to make our clients and their pets feel welcome.
Job Type:
Full time Multiple weekday shifts, 9am to 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 2pm.
Pay:
Commensurate with experience Job Types:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
