Check Purchase orders from Departments, and match to invoices check for accuracy and post invoices.
write checks & post disbursements.
Bank deposits balance deposits and disbursements.
bank Records Petty Cash.
Handle Resident Trust Fund Accounts.
Help with some accounts receivable paperwork.
Must have knowledge in the following:
Excel, Word, Outlook Knowledge of Matrix/Enterprise Finacial's software strongly preferred.
