Job Description:
Greeting guests in a warm welcoming manner.
Ensuring an optimal experience from the beginning of their experience at Boost Your Beauty Medispa through the final process at the completion of their treatment.
Answering the phone and patient interaction with a smile and completing all reservations with 100% accuracy, ensuring efficient guest flow, and having up-to-date knowledge about Boost Your Beauty Medispa's services and products.
This position is essential in achieving guest satisfaction, retention and word of mouth referrals.
Perform routine reception and administrative tasks designed to keep the health practitioners and the office running smoothly.
Check patients in and out, collect and process payments accurately and properly.
Assist with coordinating events and promotions.
Suggest new ways to attract prospective guests.
Answer phone calls and follow up with patients via phone, text, email and/or social media inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Answer detailed questions from guests and potential guests regarding services.
Candidate therefore must have a general understanding of treatments, pre and post care.
Able to multitask in a pleasant manner.
Assist with management.
Communicate among employees, practitioners, and management to optimize guest experience.
Help assist in maintaining a well-organized office setting.
Assist with taking pre and post procedural photos.
Eager and motivated to contribute with content creation for social media among the staff.
Requirements:
Should have experience working in a medispa, spa and/or salon minimally one year.
Must be interested in learning about and capable of answering guests basic questions regarding services , pre and post procedural care.
