- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems - Use a variety of hand and power tools in construction, remodeling, or repairing doors, window frames, floors, cabinets, funitrue, moldings, scaffolds, and steps; install locks and glass; refinish furniture or make concrete forms, as required -Mix and apply cement or plaster to floors, walls and ceilings;laybricks and tiles; finish tile flooring, make repairs to tile roofs, as required.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements - Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the property by performing cleaning and duties as needed - Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events or special projects - Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently Skills:
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques - Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC - Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve maintenance issues - Good communication skills to interact with staff and contractors effectively - Attention to detail to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision If you are a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle various maintenance tasks, we would like to hear from you.
