Must be Bi-lingual, Spanish-English 2.
Process employee leaves of absence in accordance with company policy and/or collective bargaining agreement.
Ensures that all applicable labor laws are being followed.

Maintain employment resumes, applications, interview notes, and applicant flow logs in accordance with agency hiring procedure.
4.
Must have knowledge of OSHA rules & labor law 5.
Performs background checks and/or reference check on all prospective applicants.
6.
Provide human resource orientation with each new employee, including training and/or presentations in agency staff orientation.
7.
Processes paperwork for employee terminations.
8.
Verifies unemployment claims and submits them to administrator in a timely manner.
9.
Processes weekly time clock and payroll entry.
10.
Other clerical duties as required.
11.
Must have knowledge of excel.
