greeting patients when they arrive Checking in and checking out patients answering phone calls scheduling patients Collecting copays and balances verifying insurance eligibility scanning and uploading documents into patient's chart obtaining consultation notes and testing from specialists ensuring office cleanliness Calling patient's to confirm their appointments and other administrative duties Calling patient's into the exam rooms Performing basic vital signs such as height, weight, HR, temp) EKG experience a plus but not mandatory (will train) Phlebotomy experience a plus but not mandatory specimen handling and labeling of labs Job Types:
