Accountabilities THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION:

00PM Meeting customers, reading, setting and removal of meters, inspections for high bills, plumbing inspections, reporting known or suspected unmetered properties, locate, access, and operate company equipment, such as, but not limited to, curb stops, gate valves, and shutoff valves, remove debris/water from company facilities including, but not limited to meter tiles, curb and valve boxes, perform shut-offs, turn-offs, and turn-ons, perform and complete various SAP orders.
The FSR is required to become computer literate and able to learn and work with the Mobile Work Management Program used to manage customer service orders as well as learn to operate the meter reading equipment by the end of the probationary period.
Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent The applicant will need to work in an outdoor environment with exposure to weather-related heat and cold and related elements.
A valid driver's license without restrictions is required.
