Duties - Prepare and roll dough for cookies - Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality - Operate and maintain baking equipment and tools - Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection - Decorate cookies with frosting, glazes, and other toppings - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines Skills - Strong customer service skills to interact with customers and take orders - Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment - Experience in cake decorating and pastry arts is a plus - Ability to use knives and other kitchen tools safely and efficiently - Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in our bakery by creating delicious baked goods that delight our customers.
